pay de queso

Y como  dije en la publicación anterior aquí esta la receta de pay de queso:

ingredients:

● 1 packet of biscuits marias
● 1 can condensed milk
● 1 can evaporated milk
● 3 eggs
● 1 stick butter or margarine
● 1 large Philadelphia cheese

preparation:

First grind the cookies left some of the cookie to cover the pie and it is a golden crust.

Then with what remains is coupled with a paste fromar margarine and line the pan aside pay. then the other ingredients together. It empties into the mold and sprinkle it pulled away the top biscuit.

Then put to bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out intrcoducir clean besides the crust is golden brown.

Finally leave to cool in the oven and off.
